Another great reflexology appointment with Lindsey there, such a wealth of knowledge she can take from old hooves like mine even.... and very relaxing into the bargain. Sleep just takes over a few mins into the session. Worth giving it a go.👌

I recently had a one-hour deep-tissue back massage because my shoulders and upper back were tense and tight. Lindsey’s hands are amazing—she worked the muscles gently, then with deeper pressure, and eased off again at just the right moments. I left feeling calm, and afterwards my back felt free and loose again. Thank you, Lindsey! I also tried ear candling because I sometimes get a blocked, “airplane mode” feeling in my ears. It was very relaxing and was followed by a short facial and head massage. The setting—and Lindsey herself—are welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!
